Ministry Expansion Project
As the needs in our community continue to grow, so has the call to expand the reach and capacity of Hands of Christ Street Ministry. In 2025 alone, we directly served more than 11,300 individuals and families—providing food, clothing, household goods, and, just as importantly, encouragement and hope.
To meet this increasing demand and to steward our resources wisely, we were given the opportunity to purchase property at 632 Robinson Road in Washington Court House, which includes two existing buildings and additional land. This expansion allows us to bring all of our services together into one comprehensive, centralized facility, strengthening our ability to serve with dignity and efficiency.
Why This Expansion Matters
The Ministry Expansion Project allows us to:
Centralize Services
A single location makes it easier for individuals and families to access multiple services without traveling to different sites.
Increase Efficiency
Consolidating operations helps reduce overhead costs so that more resources can be directed straight to community programs.
Expand Capacity
The larger facility enables greater storage and distribution of goods, expanded clothing and pantry services, larger outreach events, and improved dining space for hot meals.
Enhance the Client Experience
Additional space allows us to provide a more welcoming, organized, and dignified environment where each person can receive personal care and attention.
A Facility Built for the Future
With the generous support of churches, businesses, organizations, and individuals, we are developing a state-of-the-art ministry center that brings critical services under one roof, including:

- ✓Hot meals served in a dining room setting
- ✓Clothing center
- ✓Commercial kitchen
- ✓Bathrooms with showers
- ✓Laundry area
- ✓Resource room for connection and support
All services at this facility remain free to those in need.
